Trustees will:

Ensure that educational provision overseen by the Trust is in line with the Trust’s core objectives.
Oversee the strategic direction of all schools overseen by the Trust.
Have oversight of the school assets that are held by the Trust.
Provide support from themselves and their organisation to help the Trust to meet its core objectives.
Meet as appropriate (anticipated usually to be three times each year).
Work with common purpose with the governing bodies of schools that the Trust oversees. Some trustees will be governors of any such school (a minimum of two trustees per school).
