Administer the Trust on a day-to-day basis.
Appoint Foundation Trusts Governors to the Governing Body of the School. (Trustees may appoint themselves as Governors.
Trust-appointed Governors do not have to come from Trust Membership).
Trust Governors can be from Trust Membership or even Trustees themselves but they don’t have to be. They can be any individual appointed to that capacity by the Trust.
